Sequence Optimization Rules
  • Anyone who clicks hoahelper.app exits this sequence and enters the trial onboarding flow
  • Anyone who replies to any email gets tagged as "high engagement" — follow up manually within 4 hours
  • Anyone who doesn't open Email 2 gets a re-send of Email 1 with a different subject on Day 3
  • Email 5 non-converters enter a 30-day re-engagement sequence (one email/week, very low pressure)
  • Never run more than one subject line test per email — change one variable at a time
